We understand your concern regarding your lost device. However, vivo cannot block user’s phone via any system or apps for privacy concerns. We regret that vivo cannot block your phone via IMEI or SN. If your phone has been lost, we suggest that you report it to the police and contact your carrier to suspend your SIM card to prevent further loss. Meanwhile, you can try Google Find My Device to locate or lock your device for a try.
Note：It is recommended that you promptly change the passwords of any related accounts in case of further loss.
