If the account cannot be synced, or error occurs in the syncing process, you can try the following methods: 1. Sign out of the account and log in again. 2. Switch to another network. 3. Go to Settings --Applications and Permissions/More settings--App management--Find the app and enable its all permissions. For some models, go to Settings--App and notification/App--(App information--)Find the app and enable its all permissions.
