SIM card & mobile network
VoWiFi (WiFi Calling) allows you to make calls in a wifi environment, avoiding the troubles caused by poor mobile network signals.
To use the Vowifi function, you need to ensure the following points:
1. Make sure your SIM card and phone support VoWifi
Different phones support VoWifi functions for different operators, enabling VoWifi requires adaptation to the specific operator. If you are not sure if your phone support VoWifi, you can provide your phone model and operator to confirm with our customer service.
2. Go to Settings > (Network and internet) > SIM card and mobile network > select the corresponding SIM card and turn on VoWifi
For Funtouch 11 below system, you can go to Settings > (Dual cards and) Mobile network to turn on VoWifi.
Note: For some operators, the VoWifi option is enabled by default.
