If you can not receive the SMS verification code from WhatsApp, you can try the following:

1. Update the mobile phone version and WhatsApp version to the latest version;

2. Please change the WiFi/data network and try to log in when the signal is good;

3. If you have applied the Mobile Number Portability service, the SMS verification code from WhatsApp may be sent to the original operator when it is issued, it’s recommended to use voice call verification to log in temporarily, and then confirm with the operator.
