When customers feedback an issue to vivo After-Sales service staffs, service staffs will consult whether the customers are willing to grab a log file for analysis if the factor of the issue cannot be confirmed, and the issue cannot be solved through the regular methods, such as Reboot, Clear the data, Update system, etc. Log file is used to analyze the issue and locate the factor of that. After analysis work is finished, we will explain the details to the customers, and provide solutions for the customers. Kindly Reminder: To locate the factors of the issue accurately, please grab a log file by following the steps provided by After-Sales service staff. By the way, due to the local policy and laws, log system is not available on the models sold in some countries/regions. If you need to grab a log file, please go to the local Service Center.
