Customers that visit one of the official vivo service center in Sandton or booked in the devices for repairs via courier services between 18 December 2024 and 4 January 2025, will be automatically entered into the grand prize.

For the grand prize, the lucky draw will take place on 6 January 2025 and the winners will be announced electronically.
