· The term "premium users" refers to the devices purchased till 24/06/2022.
· Purchase date can be verified from E-warranty card or vivo online warranty check portal at the time of replacement from vivo authorized service center.
· All vivo X80 (to meet condition 1. & 2.) with hardware faults (excluding customer induced damages, physical and liquid damage, unauthorized disassembled and cosmetics deformation) are eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase date.
· Software, built-in app, third-party app, performance faults are not eligible for replacement. Only hardware faults (excluding customer induced damages, physical and liquid damage, unauthorized disassembled and cosmetics deformation) are replaceable.
· Devices purchased after 30 days of first sale day, are eligible for 15 days' free replacement policy.
· Warranty will start from the date of purchase.
· The phone has one-year maintenance warranty (excluding customer induced damages and cosmetics deformation), 06 months of accessories & battery warranty.
