For designated devices, you can enjoy warranty, repair and software upgrade services at any vivo authorized service center in the country/region where it is officially sold.

Warranty Service
You can enjoy free warranty service² once our service center has verified your products’ eligibility for warranty, with a valid proof of purchase. The rules for determining warranty eligibility are set by the service center at the service location.
Out-of-warranty Repairs
For products not covered by warranty, damaged spare parts can be replaced at a local service center for a fee². The prices of spare parts are set by the service center at the service location.
Spare parts covered by out-of-warranty repairs include motherboards, screen components, batteries, battery covers and other spare parts.
Software Upgrade Service
Please take your device to a service center and we will help you upgrade it to the latest version³.

2. Due to differences in relevant rules, regulations, product versions, and formats across different countries and regions, some materials may be different in their look and function. For details, please consult your local service center.

1. What documentation and information do I need to provide in order to enjoy International Warranty Service?
A: In order to ensure your service entitlement, you need to authorize us to obtain relevant information and sign the repair hand-over document. If necessary, you may also need to provide a proof of purchase and information regarding the place and time of purchase.
2. How is the International Warranty Service period calculated?
A: The warranty begins on the date of purchase as stated on your proof of purchase. The length of the warranty period is subject to the policy in the place of purchase. We suggest checking with your local vivo service center.
3. How are fees for International Warranty Service calculated?
A: If your product is deemed to meet the criteria of our warranty policy by your local vivo service center, the service center will not charge you any fees. If your product does not meet the criteria of our warranty policy, the repair fees set by the service location shall prevail.
4. Can the International Warranty Service be purchased separately?
A: You can enjoy this service after purchasing a device that is eligible for International Warranty Service through vivo’s official sales channels. There is no need to purchase it separately.
5. Are other value-added services purchased by me, such as screen insurance, covered by the International Warranty Service?
A: The International Warranty Service covers warranty service, out-of-warranty repairs and software upgrade service, but does not cover value-added services.
International Warranty Service Disclaimer
1. About the International Warranty Service policy:
1.1 International Warranty Service only cover warranty, repair and software upgrade for designated phone models, and does not involve the return and replacement of devices. For other services, please refer to the actual situation in the place where the service is provided.
1.2 The International Warranty Service policy in the location where the device is purchased shall prevail. If your device complies with the warranty policy, the service center will not charge any fees.
1.3 If your product does not meet the criteria of the local warranty policy (for example, it has passed the warranty period, or has undergone modification, disassembly or repair without vivo’s authorization), the repair fees will be based on the policy in the place where the service is provided.
1.4 The vivo official service center at the service location will provide users with International Warranty Service according to the actual situation of local materials within the scope permitted by local laws to ensure the normal use of the device in the local area;
1.5 The user must authorize the vivo official service center to obtain relevant information and sign the hand-over document and service statement. Otherwise, the vivo official service center has the right to refuse to provide service.
1.6 For devices purchased through informal channels, the service center has the right to refuse to provide service. Please purchase devices through formal channels officially recognized by vivo.
1.7 The process and outcome of this service may result in a difference in the look or function of the device/repaired materials. The legal safety standards/marks of the device/repaired materials may only apply to the location where International Warranty Service is provided, and may differ from the that in the place of purchase.
1.8 The repair time limit and other specific details are subject to the policy in the official vivo service center where the service is provided.
1.9 X90 mainland China version enjoys the international warranty for spare parts except the main board in the markets where it is officially sold; X90 pro mainland China version enjoys the international warranty for spare parts except the main board and sub-board in the markets where it is officially sold.
2. The following scenarios are not included in the scope of International Warranty Service:
2.1 Device models not covered by International Warranty Service;
2.2 Devices sold through unofficial channels;
2.3 Devices that exceed the time limits of service in the location of service;
2.4 The return and replacement of devices;
2.5 The user refuses to sign the international warranty statement;
2.6 Risks in the transfer of the device, relevant legal liabilities or losses caused by differences in the device after the user enjoys the International Warranty Service;
2.7 Losses of profits, income or time in the user’s personal or commercial activities caused by differences in the device after the user enjoys the International Warranty Service;
2.8 Inability to use the device due to regional differences and not due to malfunctioning of the device (for example, the inability to use the internet due to different network modes in different regions);
2.9 Services that are outside the scope of legal service policies in the place where the service is provided.
Nothing contained in this commercial warranty limits the consumer’s rights under applicable laws.
