Privacy Terms for E-Store

Vtalent Business Sdn. Bhd.("we" or "us"), as an authorized distributor of vivo, is the provider of E-Store (the "Service") and the organization responsible for the personal data collected from or about you as part of your use of the Service.
We care about your privacy and think it important that you know why and how we collect and process your data in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws. In these Privacy Terms for E-Store (the "Terms"), we therefore cover the following content:

These Terms are accessible on the Service, excluding maintenance periods, by clicking on the tab entitled "Privacy Terms for E-Store" at the bottom of the Service’s internet pages.
Collection and
Processing
What data we collect:
• Your input name, phone number and email address.
• Your state, city, pincode, and your provided delivery address information.
• Your order number and delivery number
Purpose:
• To deliver your order items to the right place and contact you during this period.
• To record your order information in order to display the courier progress and manage those information.
• To ensure your payment successfully and create order number.
Legal Basis:
In order to provide the services you have requested and to comply with our contractual obligations to you and/or our legal obligations, we process the above mentioned data for related purposes. Unless otherwise stated, if you opt out or limit the collection and processing of your personal data for these services, you will no longer be able to use the relevant service(s) or parts thereof.
Security:
We care about protecting your personal data. We have put in place appropriate security measures, including but not limited to encryption and anonymization techniques, which are designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use, damage, or loss. We will do our best to protect your personal data. If you suspect any unauthorized use, damage, or loss of your personal data, please let us know immediately using the contact details set out below.
Storage
Period:
We will retain your personal data for three years from the date on which you last used the Service.
Location:
To provide the same level of data protection as that of the user's country/region and respond to users' requests more efficiently, the location where data is stored varies for users in different countries/regions. Your personal data will be stored in our servers in Singapore.
Sharing and
Transfer
We will either process your data itself or by use of its affiliated companies. Depending on the type and purpose of data processing, we may also share data with third-party service providers with your prior consent.
In order to provide you E-store service smoothly, your personal data will be encrypted and transferred to to ipay88, Atome,SpayLater, Shopback and GDEX.
Please be aware that we have signed a data protection agreement with the aforementioned service provider(s) and they will provide protection for your data at a standard that is no less than ours.Since we operate internationally, your personal data may be processed in different countries/regions. If we transfer your personal data to another country/region that may not maintain appropriate data protection standards, we will take all reasonable measures to make sure your personal data is processed safely and as stipulated within these Terms.
Your Rights
You have various rights with respect to the data which we hold about you.

To exercise your other rights (such as withdrawal of consent, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection or data portability, depending on applicable data protection laws), please use the contact details set out below.
