Service Description :

1. The spare part prices listed on spare part price query interface could differ from the actual charge, owing to warranty period of the handset. If a handset is in warranty then services like software abnormality resolution, product inspection, part replacement and system maintenance, will be provided free of cost. Please note that services for issues like part damage are chargeable regardless of the warranty of the handset.
2. Out-of-warranty devices may be charged a labour fee, click here to know more about Out of Warranty Labour Fees. If replacement of spare parts is needed, the cost of the spare parts and labour fee will be charged.
