Warranty Policy

Customers who purchase a vivo handset may replace it within 15 days, and will receive 1 year of free maintenance, and 6 Months Local Replacement Warranty for the battery, earphone, charger and USB cable from the purchase date if there are any functional faults (For details, please refer to warranty terms).

How to activate/register with my E-warranty card?



Use either of the following methods to activate your E-warranty card:

Method 1: Go to Settings > More settings > E-warranty card > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration.

Method 2: Log in to the vivo.com app, go to Services > E-warranty card > Go to activate > Activate now. Then, fill in your information to complete the registration.
